Of the total share capital of Rs 2.32 crores , raised for financing the first plant , Rs 75 lakhs or about one-third was in the form of cumulative 6 per cent preference shares and Rs 7 lakhs as deferred shares . 2.32 करोड़ रूपये की शेयर पूंजी में से , जो पहले प्लांट को चलाने के लिए एकत्र की गयी थी , 75 लाख रूपये अथवा एक-तिहाई संचित 6 प्रतिशत अधिमानी शेयरों के रूप में तथा 7 लाख रूपये विलंबित शेयरों के रूप में थे .

In the scheme of financing the GEP , Rs 8 crores were raised from share capital , Rs . 6.8 crores comprising cumulative second preference shares at 7.5 per cent and the rest ordinary and deferred shares . सामान्य विस्तार कार्यक्रम को वित्तीय सहायता योजना के अंतर्गत 8 करोड़ रूपये शेयरों की पूंजी से एकत्र 6.8 करोड़ रूपये 71/2 प्रतिशत दूसरी बार संचयी अधिमानी शेयरों से तथा शेष सामान्य और विलंबित शेयरों से एकत्र किये गये .
